These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Publyze Chrome extension and related services operated by RocketWriter.ai ("we", "our", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Publyze, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Publyze is a Chrome browser extension that analyzes publicly available Amazon book data to provide estimated sales figures, niche scores, and competition analysis for Amazon KDP publishers. All estimates are approximations and should not be relied upon as exact figures.

3. Accounts & Licenses

• A Premium subscription grants you a license to use Publyze on up to 2 devices simultaneously.
• License keys are personal and non-transferable.
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is prohibited and may result in license revocation without refund.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month through Lemon Squeezy.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Publyze is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Sales estimates, niche scores, and other data are approximations based on publicly available information and should not be relied upon for business decisions without independent verification. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimates.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RocketWriter.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Publyze. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Amazon Compliance

Publyze accesses publicly available information on Amazon product pages. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Publyze complies with Amazon's terms of service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Publyze at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
