Publyze — Setup Guide

Install the Chrome Extension

Download and install Publyze from the Chrome Web Store:

If you already have Publyze installed, skip to the next step.

Find your License Key

After your purchase, you received an email from Lemon Squeezy with your unique license key. It looks something like this:

Can't find the email? Check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact us at hello@rocketwriter.ai.

Go to Amazon

Navigate to any Amazon page — for example, search for a book niche you're interested in:

amazon.com/s?k=coloring+book

The Publyze panel will automatically appear on the right side of the page.

Activate your License

When the Publyze panel appears, you'll see a welcome screen with a license key input field:

Paste your license key into the input field
Click "Activate License"
You'll see "PREMIUM" badge appear — you're all set!

Your license works on up to 2 devices. If you need more, contact support.

Start Researching!

You now have full access to all Publyze features:

Search Results Overlay — BSR, sales estimates, niche scores for all books
Book Analyzer — click any book to see detailed data, royalty estimates
Sortable Tables — sort by any column to find opportunities
CSV Export — export data for further analysis
9 Marketplaces — US, UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, JP, CA, AU

Pro Tips

🎯 Finding Low-Competition Niches

Look for niches where the average reviews are under 100 and the Niche Score is above 60. Sort by "Reviews" ascending to spot opportunities.

📊 Compare Multiple Searches

Use the Export button to download your research as CSV. Open it in Google Sheets or Excel to compare niches side by side.

📖 Analyze Competitors

Click on any book title to open it on Amazon. The Book Analyzer panel will show you detailed data including royalty estimates.

🌍 Check Other Marketplaces

A niche that's crowded on Amazon.com might be wide open on Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.de. Check multiple marketplaces!

Publyze by RocketWriter.ai ("we", "our", "us") operates the Publyze Chrome extension and related websites. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Information We Collect

Publyze is designed with privacy as a core principle. The Chrome extension runs entirely in your browser and does not collect, store, or transmit your Amazon browsing data, search queries, or research results.

License information: When you activate a license key, we verify it against our server. We store your license key and activation status.
Purchase information: When you purchase a subscription, Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) collects your name, email address, and payment information. We do not store your payment details.
Usage analytics: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as number of searches performed) to improve the product. This data cannot be linked to individual users.

What We Don't Collect

Your Amazon browsing history
Your search queries or keywords
Book data or research results
Personal browsing data outside of Amazon
Cookies for tracking purposes

Data Storage

All research data (exported data) is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage API. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

Third-Party Services

Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing and subscription management. Their privacy policy.
Amazon: The extension reads publicly available data from Amazon product pages. We do not interact with your Amazon account.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account data by emailing hello@rocketwriter.ai. You can uninstall the extension at any time to remove all locally stored data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the extension.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Publyze Chrome extension and related services operated by RocketWriter.ai ("we", "our", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Publyze, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.

2. Description of Service

Publyze is a Chrome browser extension that provides research data for Amazon KDP publishers, including BSR tracking, sales estimates, and competition analysis.

3. Free and Premium Plans

The Free plan provides limited access to features as described on our website.
A Premium subscription grants you a license to use Publyze on up to 2 devices simultaneously.
We reserve the right to modify feature availability between plans.

4. Subscription & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month through Lemon Squeezy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Data Accuracy

Sales estimates, revenue projections, and competition scores are approximations based on publicly available data. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Business decisions should not be based solely on data provided by Publyze.

6. Limitation of Liability

Publyze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the extension or reliance on its data.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Publyze after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
